REFUND POLICY
Refunds for online purchases, reservations, merchandise, gift cards, catering deposits, or special orders may be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Main St Bar & Grill. Customers are encouraged to contact the restaurant directly regarding any issues with orders or services. Refund requests related to incorrect orders, payment errors, or service concerns should be submitted promptly after the transaction. Main St Bar & Grill reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet applicable conditions or that involve misuse, fraud, or policy violations. Certain items, including gift cards or special event purchases, may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
